Each presentation is no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. Please keep your powerpoint presentation down to no more than five slides in your powerpoint-presentation. We highly recommend the use of visual material, such as pictures, books, magazines and other objects the audience can look at. If you need any equipment such as a cassette-player, please notify us well beforehand, before you arrive to Helsinki, so that we can arrange these to be present.

We request you to send the materials for the presentation to ifusco2008@ifusco.info as soon as possible. This year IFUSCO will not publish the presentations in printed form, but all presentations will be put online onto the IFUSCO website. Please let us know if you do not wish to have your materials published online.

The presentations on universities on the info fair are to be made on large size paper, as a poster. This is to include images and text. After the conference the poster will remain in Helsinki for use of the Finno-Ugric department. Universities can also bring other (small) flyers to hand out at the info fair. The posters do not need to be sent to Helsinki in advance and they can also be made in Helsinki right before the info fair. The accompanying presentations are expected to be approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
